Lizzie Susan Stebbing

Die englische Philosophin und Logikerin Lizzie Susan Stebbing (* 2. Dezember 1885, † 1943) studierte am Girton College und an der University of London.

Von 1913-1915 arbeitete sie am Kings College, ab 1920 am Bedford College und bis 1924 an der University of London. Von 1933-1943 war sie dort Professorin für Philosophie.

Stebbing gehört zur Cambridge Analytical School und war mit Wittgenstein befreundet.
